WORSHIP: CELEBRATION OF FAITH
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, whom shall I send? and who will go for us? And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”(V.8)

A  Fresh Vision of God- Inspiring and Challenging.
Uzziah was the tenth king of Judah and he was very Godly man. Under his influence the southern kingdom attained power, wealth and success unlike any it had enjoyed since the days of Solomon .Prophet Isaiah is disturbed by the sudden death of the king. His death shows the end of time of great prosperity and consistency. Today text is wonderful God encounter by sheer grace of God steps in and awakens us to different reality God has this way of stepping in to our experience and turning our ordinary days in to extra ordinary ones. What we need in the down times of life, we need vision of God.
a) Vision leads to courage:
The death of Uzziah made the hope of the prophet was lost. The future of the kingdom was having problem after the death of the king. Sad Isaiah saw God's vision and sovereignty in the temple. An earth by king may have died, but Lord still reigned. Isaiah had his attention focused on Uzziah but now that the Uzzizh is dead, his attention is redirected back to the Lord. What must have been a down time in the prophet life became an uptime. That which had help his attention was removed and Isaiah had a fresh encounter with God. What we need during the down times in our lives we all have down time in life. Those down times can grow us, or they can rain us, which depend upon what has our attention. The Eternal God is always with us and strengthen us in life journey's do we recognize the truth that God is with us.
b)Vision leads to confession:
When Isaiah saw the vision suddenly he aware that there were sin with in his heart and his life. Vision leads him to a true confession. I am a man of unclean lips and I live among a people of unclean lips. Moving closer near to God and seeing him as he reveals the wickedness and sin in our own lives. He confessed his short coming before Lord .Until we see God and are confronted without own condition before him, we will remain haughty and proud; but when we come face to face who he is and what we are, it will produce humility and confession. Until we are able to see our own failures and our need for repentance before the lord, we will never come clean. Always God's vision leads us from unclean to clean.
c)Vision leads to re commitment:
As soon as Isaiah gets his heart clean, he hears he call of the lord to service. When Isaiah said "here am I ", he is saying my down time is over and I am ready for service. We need to get our all on the alter for God and come to the place where nothing means anything to us but what he wants from us! We need to submit , surrender and sacrifice as he resubmitting himself to God for his service after he saw the Lord. Let us resubmit ourselves for his service where God has placed in different places.

Prayer: O Lord ,cleanse in me that which is impure: strengthen me where ever I weak so that I became a servant to proclaim your message to all………Amen
